Come join six-time Concept2 American Record holder Matthew Brown for a morning of erg technique and mental toughness training.
Matthew, who rowed competitively at Yale University and the University of Oxford, uses the Concept2 erg as a core part of his training and preparation for the 2016 Olympics.
An elite-level National Champion on the water in the single scull, Matthew received his Master’s degree from Oxford in “The Science and Medicine of Athletic Performance.”
He will share some of the basic concepts of the “Psychology of Peak Performance,” and will give attendees some key tips for improving not only their performance on the rowing machine, but also their performance during wods and in any stressful situation.
Whether you want to compete in CrossFit, or just want to get the most out of your daily workouts, this seminar is for you.
