AMRAP in 6:
4 Handstand Push Ups
8 Burpees

Notes: If upside down is not in your wheelhouse, you will put your knees on a box. Strict HSPU, no kipping! If you have low back troubles, jump your feet to the outside of your hands on the burpees. Otherwise, jump your feet in between your hands so you can jump right up and clap.
