7 Sets of the following Sequence:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press
Touch and Go, you may not drop the weight.
Rest as long as needed between sets; increase weight each set.
If you drop the weight during a set, you must start the set over.
Score is final weight lifted and time
