Open Gym!

Take advantage of some extra help from the coach and work on what is frustrating you during the week’s wods. Some ideas:

Snatch off Blocks to build speed on your second pull.
Double Unders (you know who you are!)
Pull Ups
Dips

Or: Make up a wod you missed during the week – many found Wednesday’s to be quite fun!
