“The Dog Whisperer”!  Kim TL has been modifying for the past couple of months due to a hamstring issue from cycling.  It takes a lot to walk into the gym on a regular basis knowing that you cannot perform the WODs as posted, she is a true CrossFitter in every sense of the word.  Do what you can do as fast as you can!  She is taking this week off to try to heal – we miss you!
